to inform you of our Privacy Policy and Practices, and of the

Confidentiality
In certain areas of this site you may choose to share personal
information with us, such as your name, address or even your credit
card information. Any personal information you choose to share with
us will not be disclosed to anyone outside of Focus Technology, our
related companies, or our business partners who help with this site

All information in our possession requires a unique password and
username to access it. Additionally, the information you include in
a secure SSL online ordering transaction is encrypted while in
transit to us.
Information Collection and Use
We will not sell or exchange names or any other information about
our online customers. We will not collect, share or sell any

Types of Information We Collect
Dynamic Data. We collect anonymous information about every visit to
our site. We do not create individual profiles for visitors, we
collect only aggregate data. Our web server collects HTTP protocol
elements in access logs, used solely for the Focus Technology
Website functionality, traffic analysis, research and development.
We use IP addresses to track only aggregate information regarding
site traffic. Computers require IP addresses in order for users to
communicate on the Internet, browse and shop. We do not collect any
personal information via a user's IP address. We use this
information only to determine how to make future visits more
convenient and productive for our customers. We also collect browser
type, access time, and the URL where a user is entering or exiting
the site.
Email Forms and Inquiries
We do store the information we receive from forms you may fill out
on our web site, whether you are requesting an RFQ, sending us a WTS
request, Configuring a custom server or submitting a general
inquiry. We only use your information internally as a company and
NEVER sell it to anyone outside of FOCUS.
E-mail Specials (Sent 2 times per month
per product line)
We may use your
email address to send you our email newsletters as they are filled
with many money saving specials, but ONLY if you subscribe yourself
to our lists. You will never receive an e-mail special from us
unless you have signed yourself up to our lists because we have a
verified-opt-in process in place which makes it impossible for
anyone to sign you up without your authorization. Additionally: We
will NEVER share, rent, or sell your information to any other
organization. Submitting your information constitutes your express
written permission for Focus Technology International to contact you
via the mediums mentioned above. Don't worry, you can cancel your
subscriptions at any time. Enjoy the great Offers you're about to
receive!
Email Links
We use e-mail links throughout the site to allow you to contact us
directly with any questions or comments you may have. We read every
message and try to reply promptly to everyone. Information in the
message is used to respond directly to your comments or questions.
We may also file your comments to improve the site and programs, or
review and discard the information. Your personal information is not
shared with third parties without your explicit permission.
Protecting Your Information
Our online order processing allows you to make safe and secure
purchases. We use a Hostway Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate
to provide you with the latest encryption technology, SSL
certificates insure that no one can read your information as it
travels to our ordering system.
This website is tested and certified daily by HACKER SAFE to pass
the FBI/SANS Internet Security Test (Verify by clicking the HACKER
SAFE link under the navigation on the left of every page on our
website). The "live" HACKER SAFE mark appears only when a website's
security meets the highest security scanning standards of the U.S.
government, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB.
Please note, however, that no system is failsafe and that we cannot
guarantee that the information submitted to, maintained on, or
transmitted from our systems will be completely secure.
