My Account
Q. Do I have to create an account to place an order?
A. Yes, Creating an account is
easy and allows you to check out faster during future orders and
allows you to have multiple billing and shipping addresses. Once
your account is set-up you can edit your account information and
view past orders.
Q. What are the benefits of creating an account?
A. Creating an account saves time
by storing your account information to simplify the order process.
When you log in you will have access to your saved shipping and
billing addresses.
Q. How do I create an account?
A. Creating an account is easy.
Just before checking out, you will set up an account by clicking on
"create an account" in the shopping cart, or you can set up an
account right now by clicking [
HERE ]. Your login will be your e-mail address and you pick your
own password.
My Login
Q. What is my login?
A. Your login is the first e-mail address
you entered. If you have edited your account and changed
your e-mail address, your login will be the most recent email
address you entered. If you are unsure what your email address is,
please contact Alan Tollefson.
Q. Can I change my login?
A. Yes. You can change your
login but it is not recommended.
Forgotten Password
Q. What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?
A. While in the Focus technology web site,
click on "Login" at the top of the web site. Click on the
"Forgot Password?" link underneath the Login Details. Your login
will then be sent to your current e-mail address.
Order Information
Q. Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
A. We're sorry, but orders cannot be
changed online once they've been submitted. If you need to make a
change to your order, contact us,
give us your order number and we will direct you to the sales rep
for your order and you can make any changes you want at that time.
Q. Will I receive an order confirmation?
A. Aside from the screen you see at the
completion of your order, you will also receive an email
confirmation of your order. If you have a question about
your order, you can e-mail us with your name, address, date of order
and your question. You may also call us at 1-877-959-5800.
Q. What is the Shopping Cart?
A. Our Shopping Cart is a convenient place
to hold all the items you'd like to buy. Click the
button for any item you'd like to order, and we'll place it in your
cart for you and show you a list of everything that's currently in
your cart. When you're ready to finish your order, just access your
Shopping Cart and click either "Login" if you already have an
account with us or "create an account" if you need to set up an
account.
Q. What if I have a problem while placing an order?
A. Although most online orders go very
smoothly, occasionally you may experience some bumps in
the road. If you're not sure about what to do next to complete your
order, try beginning at your Shopping Basket. In most cases, you'll
get back on track and easily complete your order. If you continue to
have trouble with your order, please contact us immediately and we
will help you.
Shipping Addresses
Q. If I’ve logged in before, how do I enter a new shipping
address when placing an order?
A. As you check out, you will see the
Billing and Shipping address screen. At that time, you
can edit any address you need to edit or if need be, enter a new
address. If you need the order to be sent to someone else, you can
add them at that time.
Q. Can I change a shipping address once I've placed an order?
A. The Billing and Shipping address screen
is the last chance to change or update shipping addresses.
Once you pass that screen, shipping information cannot be changed.
If you have placed your order and still need to change your shipping
address, please contact us immediately.
Orders
( Return Policy: If an order is cancelled or Items are returned within 30
days, for any reason other than the item being faulty, you will be
charged a restocking fee, which is equal to 25% of the items
purchase price. Orders may not be returned after 30 days.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept most major credit cards,
money orders, cashier checks, wire transfers, company checks,
PayPal and upon approval we will accept personal checks and

order was shipped, so where is my tracking number?
A. If you did not receive your
tracking number by e-mail, you can request your tracking number [

Q. I have my tracking number, now how do I track
my order?
A. Now that you have your tracking
number, you can easily track your order by using our online service [

Orders Totaling $0.00
Q. What happens if my order totals $0.00?
A. If your order has a $0.00 total, you
will need to contact the sales rep for a Quote on that item.
